Not necessarily... Think about it. Who, other than those who KNEW
there were survivors, would even think the plane in the Sundra Trench
wasn't authentic? There's no need to create more work and expense when
there is NOBODY who will double check the results.
Other than the Others, of course, who already knew it was a lie.
