Why do people write this at the start of offering up a theory? To
avoid ridicule? To be able to say, "See, I told you I thought it was

Plus the hospital is different, as are the doctors and nurses.

They set it up so that we would *think* we were seeing Sun (to make
the twist more potent), but after that nanosecond of action, it was
clear what was happening.
