You're quite welcome.

One rant here here about downloads and podcast file SIZE.
This AM I downloaded 2 podcasts one 60 + megs, the second 98 megs.
This is frakkin ridiculous.
I dont need CD quality sound to bloat a podcast that is primarily a voice
recording. 32 or 64 kbps is plenty to convey the voice content.
If you talk for over an hour on a podcast, you are talking to long. The
Lost episodes only run for 43 minutes!!
The 409 Lost Official Podcast was less than 13 megs at 64 kbps. Take note
fan boy podcasters.
If you record at a high bit rate, use a utility to reduce the file/bit
rate size, and make that smaller file available for download.
Edit yourself. Cut out the crap, consider the bandwidth usage, and those
with slower internet connections.
Podcasters: You are cutting out part of your audience with these bloated
size files.
-End Rant- :)
