Please, no "big boss" reveal in the series finale!

A nausiating thought came to me just now.  What if,
in the final episode of LOST, they reveal some 
previously unknown character who has been directing
or influencing everything?  I don't think the TPTB
would write something that lame, but it sent a ****ver
down my spine.  Like those old 80's movies where you
finally find out who was *really* in charge this whole
time at the very end.  Hopefully this is far too
cliche for them to consider.
