I would say about 99.99 percent of the viewers.

We've know for a year now that Jack and Claire are
half-brother/half-sister.  See episode 'Par Avion', #312, which aired 14
Mar 07.

What we did learn from this episode is Jack maybe aware that Aaron is
his nephew.  It wasn't stated outright, but it might have been implied
from Jack's dialogue when he told Kate she was not related to Aaron.
