I do.

No, it would mean that he told Kate about Clementine before she got
off the island.  I'm not sure how Kate would explain this knowledge of
Sawyer's child to Cassidy, given the O6 "official" story, unless she
claims that she spoke to Sawyer on the plane before the crash.

I can't think of anyone else off the island that Sawyer would care
about.  If Sawyer is secretly off the island himself, he may be
talking to Kate, but I didn't get that vibe from the phone
conversation.
