Some of guys do. My college roommate does it all the time. After he takes
a
shower, he will be in towels for at least 45 minutes before he put his
underwears on. I saw him watch TV, study, use the computer, eat dinner,
wash
dish, and assemble a computer in towels. There was one time I even saw him
take apart his motorcycle in towels.

Most of guys are just too busy. They quickly move to the next task after
the
shower. When I am on vacation and stay in a hotel, I do the same thing.
Have
only the towels on for 30 minutes before I dress again. Then the shorts
won't feel damp and I feel great for the rest of the day.
