Here is what I do, and this is partly lazy on my end. I take a shower, and
I do sometimes wrap a towel around me, but most times I don't. I do dry
myself off pretty well, but there is always a hint of dampness still
lingering, it's what was absorbed by the skin. That bit will need to air
out and dry itself away. 
So for me, I've always been apt to wander around **** after a shower for
any goodly amount of time. If there is nothing I gotta do, I'll walk
around sans clothing for hours. I may just go to the TV and watch it in
the buff until I get chilly.
Wrapping a towel around me for modesties sake still lets the bits and
tackle still air out properly, if needed. :)

But also, I am not very prudish and I do feel comfortable with my body.
