Having watched the trailer for "Cabin Fever" I had to go to Lostpedia
to refresh my memory on Horace Goodspeed. According to the site, the
name Goodspeed comes from the name Godspeed, which the name of the
ship that first brought English settlers to Jamestown.

Now given that no one on Lost is named by accident, I'm getting the
feeling that Horace was on board The Black Rock, and that we might get
to see how that ship came to end up on the island sometime in the next
four episodes. I certainly hope so, because I'm still convinced that
Widmore was on that ship, and I'd like to find out if I'm right or not
before the end of the season. I don't think I could stand the
suspense of waiting until next year. :)
