Juliette & Bernard implanted Jack?

Is it just my own paranoia or did anyone else get the feeling that
Juliette & Bernard were in on something to get Jack cut open,
unconscious, and implant him with something before he gets to leave
the island?

It would be quite ironic if it was indeed "food poisoning" concocted
by Juliette to get the chance to cut him open.

It was also telling that Kate was kicked out of the operating tent,
and the amount of times Bernard tried to convince Jack to use the
chloroform.

If we're to take the Rose/Bernard scene as a hint - that no one gets
sick on the island - then Jack truly wasn't sick with appendicitis.


Just sayin'... and lovin' this season!
