no, but the inverse can also be assumed to be true, not everyone who has
had a nosebleed on the island had recently been time displaced. Ben's dad
got a nosebleed from the gas that Ben released in the Dharma hippy-van. I
think we can probably assume he wasn't tem****arily time displaced from the
van.
