Maybe I wasn't clear.
I was thinking that maybe only those who were purged get nosebleed when
time 
displaced. The time displacement would not cause those issues.
If Ben's father exists in another timeline, would get nosebleed when his 
alter ego was purged.
And this also means that Minkowski was purged too.
