I agree it wasnt the best, and to me just reminded me of last season
where despite "lots happening" we arent actually too far along from
where the season started - there are still people coming to the island
who may or may not try and kill everybody, a lot of mysteries have
been answered, but even more have been added.  I've been enjoying the
heck out of the season so far due to the feeling of being swept along
with the ride, this episode definitely felt like the old days of
slooooww plots where you get one or two im****tant scenes per episode
and the rest feel like padding.

Side note: why was the captain built up to be such a terrifying
person?  almost seems that they had other plans originally - he came
off as a wuss compared to the head mercenary, rendering all the "you
dont want to see the captain!" dialogue earlier in the season
completely pointless...
