Reincarnation or incarnation?  There's time travel involved, isn't
there?  Maybe the reason Richard appears the same age off the Island
is that he's visiting different times from the Island's "present" -
whenever that is.

Don't you just love all the questions that Lost inspires?  I do.  :)
