Agreed. Also I would like to know the recovery rate from apendix removal
surgery is
normally. The length of Jack's recovery should be a big hint. And I also
think the
island chooses who gets sick and who doesn't, who recovers from injuries
at an
accelerated rate and not. In one of the few times I believe Ben Linus was
when he
said he was out of the island's favor and it was Locke's time. The Island
(Jacob?)
chooses whom to save, whom to cure quickly.
