OK, my first question is:  Was the thing strapped to Keamy's arm a homing 
device?  If it is, then that is what the dropped sat phone is homed in on?

Some have said the dropped device wasn't  a sat phone but just  a locating

device.  I've only seen the episode once but it sure looked just like the 
device Naomi had.  I guess I don't understand, like a lot of others here, 
why Frank would want the losties to come toward Keamy.
