Most likely he would had dismissed it.

As I pointed out earlier this season, the time variance is a function of
the speed of
the object. The faster the object, the shorter the apparent difference in
time. That
is why radio signals have to the human senses no time difference but the
helicopter
took about for a flight that should had taken 20 minutes adn amd Daniel's
rocket
took 31 minutes to reach the island from the ****p when it should had taken
28
seconds. The doctor's body drifting with the current took so long to get
to the
island it from the ****ps point of view reach the island before the doctor
on the ****p
was killed. This poves that the island is about at least a day and a half
ahead of
the rest of the world.

Yes, unless of course they fly EXACTLY on course 305, not 300, not 310 but
305then
you will be ramped up to the Losties time line smoothly. You will be in
the future
but I think you will be exactly 24 hours ahead and not lose time, I think.
I haven't
worked out the details LOL! The body showed up before it was killed
because the
drifting body didn't hold to course 305 when it drifted in. That is why
Faraday was
so insitant on staying on course 305. You be hopelessly lost. However, if
you let
yourself drift with the current like a dead body....or Desmond's
sailboat....you will
get to the island but get trapped in the time phenomena and will be jumped
a head
into the future a day or more.
