I've been saying that line pointed to a wormhole since at least July

In April / May of 2006, we had a couple of discussions here about the
frequency with which the word or the concept of "hole" is used on the
show, and the possibility that this pointed to either a wormhole or a
black hole:

When the secrets of the show are finally revealed, we're going to be
able to look back at the dialogue and certain plot points and see that
they were clues.  I believe "hole" is going to be one of them.

(And just to clarify, I don't mean that the character Boone said the
line with any kind of intent or knowledge; I mean that the *writers*
included that line as a clue.)
