No, *you* are going to interpret innocuous phrases as clues. You'll pick
and 
choose statements to match the conclusions the same way you do to match
your 
theories. A quick search of the transcripts shows that the word "hole" has

been used 22 times. In that same sentence, Boone also used the word
"stick," 
which has been used 44 times on the show. If frequency of use is any 
indication of a word's im****tance, than what's the significance of
"stick?" 
Does it mean Boone is the glue that holds the story together? Is the
island 
propped up on stilts? Or were the writers telling us in the very first 
episode that they plan to stick it to us in the end?

You're giving the writers way too much credit (or insult) for obsessive
word 
selection and clue placement. You remind me of my English teachers who
made 
me hate poetry because of the way they picked apart writers' words and 
insisted that metaphors existed where the writers might not have intended 
them to. Sometimes a rose is just a rose. And sometimes a young guy
mentions 
one of those "hole things" because it sounds more realistic than him 
whipping out the term "tracheotomy." Even if your wormhole theory turns
out 
to be correct, I would wager every dollar that I have that the writers did

not deliberately include that use of the word "hole" as a clue.
