They really walked a tightrope in the numbers for the pregnancy story.
1) They had to make Kate *early* enough along (6 months) at the time
of the crash so that her pregnancy might not show. It's still a
ridiculous concept that a woman with Kate's build would've shown zero
signs of being pregnant, IMO.
2) She had to be *far* enough along so that Aaron wasn't significantly
premature, as he never would've survived under those conditions.
3) They had to make Aaron close enough to his actual age to fool
people. I still think a competent pediatrician would be able to tell
the difference between a 5-week old and a 10-week-old.
And then there's Jack's testimony, which has Kate as some kind of
Superwoman, singlehandedly saving the group while 6 months pregnant
and having gone through the trauma of an airplane crash.
