Iraq, is a study in what happens when the Center collapses(or never
existed) and mere choas reins.One not so obvious reason fort the
bloodshed is that Saddam, like his hero Stalin,suppressed but not cured
some major problems,and when the lid was lifted the scalding steam came
roaring out
