MBC - Bloggers Techie Question

Ok here goes -
So I just got a new computer (AGAIN)
		SIDE NOTE: (that is why its over here to the side)
		this is my 3rd comp. since '95 not a bad track record
		and you guys have put up with me through them all

With the new computer comes the need to install my old favorite programs 
and such. Mozilla is my browser of choice as is their Email reader 
Thunderbird. One thing I recently discovered (which brings me to this 
post) is that the latest version of their E-mail reader also offers the 
ability to read news & blogs via RSS now I am a tad ignorant to what 
exactly RSS is/does but I did learn that with livejournal I can just add
/rss to the end of any livejournal blog address & be able to read new 
posts (as if someone had emailed them to me) when I open my Thunderbird.
I love this feature because I often forget to check certain blogs & stay 
  updated. Then I remembered that you guys have blogs too but on Blogger 
(isn't that by Google?) and I was wondering if I could do the same with 
that... have the recent postings sent to me via RSS

Do you guys have a clue?????
