The series finale zips ahead 15 years in the future where an older,
toupee-wearing Will (Eric McCormack) and an equally older, fat Grace
(Debra Messing) have been living in the same apartment where they're
bringing up their rebellious son; Karen (Megan Mullaly) is finally
booze-free; and Jack (Sean Hayes) get married... to Kevin Bacon.

Bitching time:
Yeah... yeah, that seems about right. After all, 'Mad About You' had a
_disasterous_ final season (the few times it actually _did_ air!) where
the stars got substantial pay raises ($1 million dollars per episode for
both Reiser and Hunt, a record at the time) and nobody gave a damn last
season or last episode. So it would make _total_ sense how a show like
'Will & Grace' would copy it completely!
Jump The Shark time:
- 'Mad About You' Jamie has an affair/Jamie and Paul try to have a baby.
- 'Will & Grace' somewhere around year 3 when they weren't going to be
the "break through" series they promised by giving Will a proper
relationship and resorted to nothing but "stunt casting" for the rest of
the run of the series, last season exempt.
