OK, boys and girls, why it's true I'm not going blind it is true that
there has been an 80% reduction in my sight since my salad days,blue
cheese dressing. I went to my Easton Optical eye examination and found
out that even with my Insurance daveboy would have to fork over
$172.20. Nowwwwwwwww that was slighty more than I had in my pocket. I
gave them $27.00, went a few blocks too my bank,withdrew the pricely
sum of $8.00 from my savings account and forked over the remaining 3
dollars I had in my pocket. I then went home, went to my fault(not as
elabolate as the one owned by the late Jack Benny withdrew the entire
amount, hold yoyr breath,$6.00. I then borrowered $15.00 from my
sister-in-law, went back to the bank for a second time, gave them this
money plus 20 cents in chump change. That was a week ago. Today I found
out that my effortrs were in vein(that's not a mispelled word but a
pun) and that I was in thew red.
I forgot that since the last two years every check can and very often
does clear or bounce minutes after it's presented to the one that is
dunning you. They make a copy of the check and then they fax this in to
your bank. This way a flesh and blood human being doesn't run the risk
of being run over by a drunk mime on the way to the bank with your
rubber check. Oy Yey! If it wasn't for bad luck I'd have no luck at
all!!! :-(
