Ok I have just finished watching Season 8 on dvd

In the final Episode where Magnum resigns to Higgins, Higgins admits he is
Robin Masters. Later at the wedding Higgins says he lied.
My personal view is Higgins is Robin. Why? Well would Higgins be allowed
as
care taker of Robin's Nest be allowed put on so many different events at
the
nest without Robin's say so. While it's possible for Robin to allow this
it
does not seem right to me.
