That's a good point. It's annoying the way MITM forgets things so
quickly. I also noticed something the other day from seasons 2 and 3 too.
Reese was the school bully in season 2, and in the episode where he
relinquished the position a "power vacuum" was created. 

Given that in season 3 he is no longer at Malcolm's school, surely the
"power vacuum" would have returned? But no further mention is made of
this, not if my memory serves me right anyway.
