Mostly, but not completely. In one episode (I think it was "Charity"
because Dabney wanted Malcolm to sell his cologne), Reese still has Dabney
and Lloyd doing his homework for him. Whether there was some BTS bullying
or it is all implied is a different story.
With Reese being the low man on the totem pole in HS, I would figure they
couldn't play the bully live viably with him at all. In fact there were 1
or 2 instances in Season 4 where _he_ got bullied or otherwise terrorized.
