This is indeed true. I only guess he did a lot of growing and finally
made up for all those years of lagging behind!

The summer breaks tend to bring about drastic changes for some reason.
Maybe they take anti-growth pills during the filming :) 

I was just watching on Sunday and thought, he looks about 17ish now. His
character is meant to be 15-16 in season 4, so I thought differently.

I guess this will be on next week then. I look forward to it. I really
think Dewey is such an underused character. The only purpose he ever
seems to serve is for the B or C storylines. Given he is now between 10
and 11 for season 5, only a year behind the age of Malcolm in the first
series, I think it's time to start giving him one or two A storylines to
mix things up a little.

Indeed he does. I suppose what happens over a potential season six will
really depend again on how fast he grows up as he becomes a teenager next
year. 

Amongst all this Christopher Masterton seems to have been the only
consistent character as the years have passed.
