Conspiracy? Obstruction of Judgement? False Statements? These aren't
real crimes. Real crimes are like robbing a bank, mugging and old lady,

stealing your pickup truck. These so called crimes they nailed Martha on
are made-up legaleze bull**** to send some poor mother****er to the pen
when they can't get him on the up and up.
Take insider trading for a good example. It is no crime because nobody
gets hurt. For a crime to exist, there has to be a victim. If Martha did
insider trading, there is no victim, only a gainer. That gainer is
Martha.
Here is why that is true. Say Martha sells her *****clone stock on
Friday
for $60 on a tip that it will implode on Monday. She gets out with her
money on Friday, thats all. The Goverment says some cocksucker lost big
time because Martha sold him her stock for $60 that she knew would tank on
Monday. Bull****. That cocksucker would have bought stock for $60 on
Friday from somebody else if Martha did not sell him her stock. Besides,
Martha doesn't sell her stock to anybody in particular. It goes into a
**** pot and that cocksucker just gets his stock out the **** pot. My
point is, the cocksucker's $60 stock would have gone down the tubes
whether
or not Martha pulled out her money and dumped her stock. Now the
Goverment
says Martha should have gone down with the ****p like a rat and not bailed
out when the Captain yelled abandon ****p! MOre bull****. Suppose you got
invited to a picknik in the park and they served up bad potatoe salad.
Now
suppose 100 people got tomain poisoning but you didn't because you stayed
home and layed the old lady. Do you think the Goverment has the right to
accuse you of a crime because you didn't get sick like the rest of the
poor
basturds? I don't think so. If Martha kept her stock, she would get
tomain poisoning. If she sold her stock, its insider trading and she goes
to jail. What the ****? She's ****ed if she does, and ****ed if she
doesn't. What kind of bull**** Goverment is this?
I say the jury is retarded. They should tell the judge the law is an
asshole and tell Martha to walk free. These stupid ass laws got Martha
now
and will get you next. Every ****ing thing you sign is marked under
penalty of purgery and every ****ing thing you say is recorded on tape so
by the time they twist around what you wrote and said, they will find a
lye
even though you don't want to lye. Don't forget conspiracy and
obstruction
too. Nobody except the Goverment knows what these made up laws say
because
you don't and you don't even know if or when you brake these made up laws.
The Goverment just knocks on your door someday and tells you you broke
these made up laws you never heard about before. You will rot in jail if
we
don't make a new Goverment here soon. Don't vote for Pres. Bush or Pres.
