Those mindless celebrity shows talk about the "Next Martha" and other
Martha Wannabes. Well, there will never be another Martha!
There's a Garden show by a gal named 'Becca. She has almost completely
ripped off Martha's signature stylings down to her studio home and hair
styling & make up. Not Quite Rebecca!
Then there's Babs Smith that is so unfavorable that her magazine folded
WITHIN MONTHS of startup!!!

Now, after years, she has made nice with her connected publisher hubby
Dan and has collected enough seed money to produce new shows but she's
dropping brand names and sponsors so rapidly there's almost no
continuity. It's nearly impossible to follow her. Even worse, she's
endorsing brands like Kraft Macaroni & Cheese and Revlon drug store
makeup! What's Next? Kool-Aid! It is just plain sad and embarrassing!
She brags that she doesn't make a labor intensive fuss "Like Some
Cooks". Well, Yes your meals are faster Ms. 'B' but who the heck wants
to throw ketchup in water and call it soup!? And making meals
primarily with processed packets/ powders/ mixes; Yuck! I just hope
your restaurants have better ingredients!
The there's the slob who cooks in her dirty barefeet. Again, her
surroundings are the spitting image of Martha's Westport kitchen, and is
quoted for saying "I can could three meals in the time of one of
Martha's". Well missy, with that statement you became a liar - you said
you were not competing with M. Why are you comparing yourself with/ to
her?
Regarding the last two "Personalities": Maybe they are less muss and
fuss and use instant everything, serve ketchup as a vegetable, pay
almost nothing for their cheap dried out ingredients, but MSL has always
taught (and it is probably in their mission statement : ) the proper
culinary way of preparing high integrity meals. Basically for people
who enjoy and care to make the very best. No one ever said it was the
only way or the cheapest or the fastest. (Keeping in mind there are
several MSL Quick Cook Books).
Okrah Whinyfree boasted, just as Martha was found guilty, that she will
most likely have 'Okra Home'. Well honey, you have no class. Money can't
necessarily buy that, sorry. I think you will mainly have one
demographic for your rag.
Speaking of that wannabe, she and Rosie openly admitted to using
Martha's magazine as a template & rolemodel for their own. Especially
the Cover style and logo - also the calendar. Sadly McAll's magazine
"Rosie" died about two years after startup.
Furthermore, Looking at Marshal-Fields' "Target" and their mainly
Martha Knock-Off stores as well as the other companies and hosts that
emulate Martha, it is clear that Martha Is a Diva!
Many hate it, probably out of jealousy, but it is So true.
Congratulations Girl! Your stylings, colors, designs, and meals are the
most popular in the entire United states. Just walk into a store or a
magazine for proof!
Even Home magazine admitted coming back to publication after researching
the millions of people subscribe to her magazine and her way of
homekeeping & cooking.
With all the years adored & trusted, The millions of fans (students),
the publicity, the products & books, and all of the things taught by Ms.
Stewart - there will never be another Martha. Even if the masses give up
on Stewart the world would be so tired of outside domesticity hype that
there would be little interest for a 'replacement'. It's just like
replacing Julia Child; you couldn't. Remember, the media tries to
dictate or trick it's followers into whatever brand (or star) of crazy
they are selling. Don't buy into it. Think & Judge freely.
Martha:
She's The Original Good Thing!
She Truly Rules!
(Even if she should spend a little time away from home. She
wouldn't be the first Super Star or female Celebrity.)
