HIGH POINT, N.C. -- The folks at Bernhardt Furniture say they have no
plans to
scale back the company's popular Martha Stewart brand, despite her
criminal
conviction.
In fact, sales of Martha Stewart Signature Furniture have spiked since her
trial
ended last month.
Meanwhile, the Lenoir-based furniture maker is introducing 65 new pieces
to the
popular "Lily Pond" collection at the International Home Furnishings
Market,
which begins Thursday. And chief executive Alex Bernhardt said plans are
already
in the works for a fourth collection of the Martha Stewart brand in 2005.
Some 75,000 people are expected to attend the market.
