Dear Colleagues:
Time draws near for the sentencing of Martha Stewart for lying to federal
authorities and securities fraud. I can't help but feel sorry for her.
Prison is going to be such an exceedingly difficult transition for her.
Poor Martha is going from preparing television gourmet meals to cleaning
up
after inmates eating prison food. Then she will have to deal with the
other
inmates who will haze this her to no end. There's no "country club" prison
for federal inmates.
Let's only hope that Martha gets her new trial. I think that she's
suffered
enough already. Let's find a real criminal to throw the baok at, not poor
Martha!!
