I do. It's a phrase you know well:
A FEDERAL *OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE* conviction. That's a complete 5 years.
You just don't do that shit. The "lying" will be concurrent. The
Conspiracy can and cannot be concurrent. But the books on Obstruction
of Justice puts innocent people at risk, from a criminal (like Martha
Stewart)
who commits such a crime, therefore you just don't obstruct justice,
especially at the Federal level.
So you better start shining those shoes, because she's headed for the
cooler
and I think she belongs there after calling the photographer an "asshole"
