Quite a few. I guess my favorites are:
Athena Prospects, Mango Edition:

-- in which *all* the variants of Mystery Science Theater 3000
up through 1999 get to appear. Technically this is just mixing in the
regular cast, but the effect is to vary the people.
I Swear! Everything on TV Is Geared Towards Feminizing Males
http://www.masemware.com/mst3k/cgi/mstdisplay.pl/feminizing_males.BL.txt?htmlmode=color&filename=feminizing_males.BL.txt
-- in which Mike gets turned into a girl. Yeah, she's still
Mike, although a lot more grown up about it, but she'd be played by
Bridget Jones, who's not one of the regulars.
There aren't really any hard-and-fast rules about this sort of
thing, but it *seems* that mixing the established and new cast works
more smoothly if they tag-team and hand things over in the host segments.
That could also just be imitating the couple times in the real show when
guest riffers other than Gypsy went into the theater.
