The "Valerie" song

What is this song they sing, "Valerie, Valer - I!  Valer - I - I - I -
I - I!!!!!"  Can't hunt it down on the web, perhaps because of the
vagaries of spelling?  They sang it at least as early as Rocketship
X-M (Season 2, Episode 1), usually in conjunction with the Weiner Man
song.  Then into the Teddy Bears' Picnic.
