I have always noticed that many of the "educational" shorts riffed by
MST3K were produced by the Centron Corp. of Lawrence, Kansas ("Speech:
Platform Posture and Appearance," "Speech: Using Your Voice,"
"Cheating," "What About Juvenile Delinquency," and "Why Study
Industrial Arts?"). But here's a question. Is this the same Centron
where "Carnival of Souls" director Herk Harvey worked? Did Herk direct
the MST shorts? What ever became of Centron and whatever became of
Herk?
