While engaged in a project of dubious merit I ran across this
long-forgotten MiSTing. Long enough forgotten, in fact, that I forgot
I had done it, so I figured what better thing to do than inflict it on
all of you, wherever you may be?
It's a pair of Legion of Super Heroes fan fictions, undertaken
with a striking burst of arrogance on my part because I hadn't read
any Legion of Super Heroes comics before starting them. (The author,
Doug Atkinson, asked me to consider MiSTing them, and I thought that
I could.) I'm amused to see, now that I know something of the original
source material, that my jokes about the Legion premise don't really
betray my original ignorance.
I'm also glad to see I touched on the 'SuperDickery' territory
comfortably before that became a minor but very funny Internet cottage
industry.
