But even with Boomerang, there is not as much variety as there used to be
on
CN. Granted, Boomerang has all the old stuff and the Director-based shows
(Tex Avery, Chuck Jones). Boomerang also runs a favorite of the hard core
animation fans, "Toonheads". But in the 336 hours of programming that CN
and
Boomerang have available, they provide no space for "O Canada!", "Late
Nite
Black and White", "Cartoon Planet", or the programming for young children.
And keep in mind that not everyone has digital cable. If you don't get
Boomerang, CN can be especially monotonous.

There is, and that might open up some time slots for some more
experimental
animation shows. Here's hoping...
