And there was already, and still is, a good English word for the
behavior - "pixilated," adj: Naughtily or annoyingly playful;
exhibiting eccentric behavior. (N.B. spelt with either one "L"
or two;) Ah, we just love to invent new words. When George
Carlin first burst on to the scene, there were only 400,000
English words, of which seven might have been considered . . .
