Rotating Antenna Frozen, is it broken? Should I warm it up?

by lbbss <labicff@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Feb 7, 2008 at 04:17 PM

We had a ice rain this week and now my antenna will not rotate. Is
it likely broken or do they have some kind of fuse, where it will work
again in warmer weather? Can I warm it up some how to make it work
again? I when up the antenna and broke up the ice on the rotor (there
was some ice but not a lot). I assume hot water is not a good idea,
but what about a hot towel? Any ideas, thanks.
