RS232 Socket on a Television but not USB or Firewire? Odd...
-- I suppose it could be used to provide telemetry for debugging (via a
parrellel to USB connector), but I doubt that is what it does.
-- Even at the highest rate, RS232 can't trans****t telly at 18mbs ... so
MPEG trans****t is out of the question
