How Good Is Sony's MotionFlow And Why Would You Turn It Off For Football?

Hi,

Now that Samsung is giving us a refund we are looking at Sonys.
My daughter is an avid football and soccer fan and watches a lot
of action movies.  MotionFlow appears to be a good idea for her
but is that true?  Some owners turn it off for football.  Why is that?
