I have purchased 3 HDTV's from Amazon - a Sharp and two Samsungs.
Arrived quickly, no ****pping. no sales tax.  In the unlikely event of
a failure the TV can be taken (or sent) to the manufacturer's service
center.  Reputable brands have several centers. OTOH, I have never
over many years had to return any home entertainment equipment.
