Amazon themselves are pretty good at taking care of customers, but since
you 
may be buying from a second party thru Amazon, best bet is to probably 
contact Amazon and the 2nd party seller (if needed) to get their terms in 
personal writing.

You may have to look at adding in the cost of possible ****pping back if 
broken into the current Amazon price and see how it stands price wise
then.
