Are you buying direct from Amazon or from an "affiliated merchant" (or 
whatever is the term they use). Often it's hard to tell if you don't read 
the fine print carefully. These merchants often have the lowest price, but

when you go to check out, then they add on ****pping charges and the price 
doesn't look so good. If you purchase direct from Amazon, you should get 
White Glove delivery service, meaning the delivery guy will unpack it and 
set it up. If all the necessary connections are in place, you should at 
least get a chance to turn it on and make sure it's not DOA, and have them

take it back if it doesn't work. When mine arrived, I didn't have the site

prepared, so I just had them drop off the box just inside the front door. 
The whole experience went smoothly, and I wouldn't hesitate to do it
again.
