Looking for 32" LCD tv that upconverts.

I have thousands of old tv shows and want a tv that upconverts.  I don't
want to buy new players.  (can't live without my old to****ba sd4700 with
the 16 step varriable zoom)
Nothing today comes close in vcr's today either in quality comparing to
my old 6 head professional unit.      They just don't make good vcr's
anymore.   Probly 80'% of all I watch are old tv shows in 3.44:1
