LCD tv as a computer monitor (best brand)?

First let me say that I am getting a 32". (largest I can fit into my
space).
After looking in the store at tv's, I liked how the RCA model L32WD22
looked best. (walmart)
So I read the user manual at the rca site.  It reads like you can't
adjust the color or tint of the computer imput.  It's a bit vague.  
  I must have those adjustments.   A regular monitor usualy has those as
well as separate red green and blue which is optimal.
  I do tons of photo work on my computer.  I usualy print a sample photo
at best quality and hold it up to the monitor and set the monitor to
match.  That way all photo's I work on will print properly.     {Of
course you may all know from my previous posts that I am using the tv as
double duty for watching "older" dvd's and vhs tapes.  Some of which
were recorded in extended play. So I was looking at lower resolution
tv's}      If there are any brands or models that you all might think
would be usefull to me let me know.   TIA, mes.
