  They get more stock when the truck pulls up in back and unloads the
stock.  Then it just depends on when they bring it out from the back
room.

  This depends on when the headquarters ****ps some their way, and when
the manufacturer ****ps it to them.

  Given the obvious observation that trucks deliver to large stores
pretty continuously, what made you think there would be a specific time?
