Well, that may be so.  I need to re-check and see what networks I can get

just for drill, since I already get them all OTA.

Last time I spent much time doing satellite FTA, everybody was lamenting
the
loss of the last clear network, NBC, off Ku-band analog.  NBC had gone to
4:4:2 digital, which needed a very expensive receiver.

Other digital transponders were delivering such forgettable offerings as
"Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?" in Farsi.  Minimal value.

If it turns out I need a new, blind-scan FTA receiver to pull out the
goodies, then so be it.  Another toy -- Oh, Lord!
