An analog TV should work for this. About the best you can expect is
800X600
resolution from it. Which looks like is enough for hulu. The 9250 should
have an S-video out and a composite adapter. If your TV doesn't have one
of
those jacks you'll need a modulator to feed through the co-ax, which
reduces
PQ. The crap PC should probably be at least 500MHZ. If you expect to
eventually do HD you'll need, at least,  a 1.8GHZ CPU and a DX9 compliant
video card. IIRC the 9250 is not.

Don't think hulu will look any better on a higher resolution display but
only ran one clip. HDMI is DVI + digital audio so an adapter will work but
you'll still need a path for the audio. Hopefully you realize hulu isn't
HD.
From what I saw probably not even SD.

You'll need a router if you want to use multiple PCs and don't already
have
a network or other means of getting the files to it.
